BlueBit Token

BlueBit Token (BBT) is the BlueBit Finance token, a Decentralized Yield Aggregator on Aurora (the EVM-compatible NEAR chain). Bluebit reflects the new age of farming, with plans to provide a smooth experience for users at all risk levels.

Project Goals and Objectives

BlueBit Finance aims to revolutionize yield farming with efficient, convenient and secure tools on the Aurora network. The protocol addresses the liquidity problems and inflation issues in DeFi through auto-compounding, trading fee rebates, rewards boosting etc. Its goal is to develop tools that can connect user incentives with long-term goals of the platform for sustained growth​.

Tokenomics

The platform uses the BBT token as its native asset for governance and yield boosts, while also rebating fees that users pay on the platform. BBT has a fixed total supply of 51 million tokens and the settlement system provides a "vote-escrowed" model to lock utility tokens into governance tokens. This mechanism creates alignment between user and protocol incentives, solving the liquidity issues seen in DeFi​.
