Meson.Network

MSN
Launch date:

Meson Network DEPIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network) is creating a worldwide market for bandwidth rental based on cutting–edge blockchain technology. Using unused resources in servers allows the system to provide speedy and cost-effective content delivery services. Web3 has opened up decentralized alternatives to content delivery networks as the approach has evolved.

Project Goals and Objectives

Since each individual and business can be compensated for their unused bandwidth, Meson Network intends to open the door for fast Internet use to everyone. Goals include reducing reliance on centralized networks, minimizing data transmission, and establishing a decentralized, resilient network. But the project is meant to give users worldwide cheap and fast internet service.

Tokenomics

MSN token is the incentive and govern token of the Meson Network. MSN is used for miner rewards, staking, and user payments. As per the distribution plan, the total supply will be 127,500,000 MSN tokens. It leads to reduced waste and helps ensure long-term sustainability of the project, as it links the interests of those involved in each token to the overall health of the decentralized network.

ICO Information

MSN token achieved $8.75 million in sale via its ICO (initial coin offering), for 5 million MSN tokens sold on Coinlist. Tokens with a price of $1.75/token and TGE was April 29, 2024. It was offered at $6.94; investors who got in early did quite well on their stake.

Technology Features

The Mesh Network aims to provide one decentralized marketplace for the bandwidth with the help of the blockchain technology. This enables decentralized storage and computation, and represents an advancement from Web2 to Web3 Dapp ecosystem. Its uses are many and site efficiency as well as speed play a role in the choice of different data centers globally to cache of content at different geographic locations allowing for an efficient and cost-effective way to transfer data from the servers to the user location.

Team and Leadership

Meson Network's team members have early involvement with decentralized competences and interfacing, as well as with cutting-edge technology development. All these experiences provide creative power to introduce new solutions for content delivery, and the Web3 ecosystem. Such leadership is propelling the company's mission of innovating across the industry and building a strong decentralized infrastructure.

Roadmap

Key developments in the Meson Network roadmap are oriented towards building its ecosystem. In 2021, Testnet-2.5, the introduction of Token Model Documentation (TMD) in 2022. Mainnet-1.0 is launched by the platform based on ERC20 in 2023. The network aims to deploy EVM-compatible bridged to Mainnet-2.0 by 2024 and has Mainnet-3.0 scheduled for 2025.
