BounceBit

BounceBit is only revolutionary platform that would introduce hybrid CeDeFi ecosystem of both centralized finance (CeFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) drives. It enables Bitcoin (BTC) holders to earn yields while accessing CeFi and DeFi ecosystems across different networks. BounceBit enables unique on-chain yield generation and security benefits through its BTC restaking feature and dual-token staking mechanism​.​

Project Goals and Objectives

BounceBit plans to change how Bitcoin shareholders earn and participate in DeFi. The primary vision of the platform is to enable users to easily stake and restake their Bitcoin using DeFi strategies on top of CeDeFi, generating yield. BounceBit is creating a holistic ecosystem for BTC holders with premium yield generation, and liquid custody​ features.

Tokenomics

It secures the network to generate yields in BounceBit ecosystem based on two token specs, BBTC and BB. The tokens becoming its native asset used on the platform for staking, generate yield, and govern. Thus, BBTC is the converted form of Bitcoin from BounceBit Blockchain while BB acts as its core token and enforces CeDeFi features. This dual-token mechanism allows users to leverage both assets for yield optimization​.

ICO Information

In order to fund the further development and growth of the platform, BounceBit held a very successful initial coin offering (ICO). In this way, the ICO had gently introduced BBTC and BB tokens to early investors, bringing them into the staking ecosystem while also giving access to earnings across the BounceBit economy. With its ICO being a novel new way to earn it's under BTC restaking + yield farming, and gain access to its unique services​ at the top.

Technology Features

Commutatus operates with a protected Proof of Stake (PoS) blockchain that is EVM-compatible, allowing incorporation and interoperability through dApps and the currently existing Web3 ecosystems.
