EstateX

EstateX is a blockchain-based tokenized platform for real estate investments. This new technology that enabled real estate to be owned fractionally by normal investors. EstateX aims to overcome that high entry barrier usually needed for traditional real estate by enabling the tokenization of properties, thereby facilitating liquidity, transparency, and democratizing asset ownership​.

EstateX is the blockchain backbone of real estate democratization. The platform’s goals include making property investments more affordable through reducing entry costs, providing liquidity through tokenized assets, and increasing transparency. EstateX aims to bridge the gap between individual investors and high-value opportunities that were traditionally only accessible by institutional players​.

Tokenomics

House of a new token called $ESX is built on EstateX. Like fractional ownership of real estate — issuing tokens for real estate assets that offer versatility and liquidity. They can either be traded on secondary markets or staked for passive income. This tokenomics design is specifically intended to provide.

ICO Information

EstatX had an ICO in order to develop the platform and to bring the $ESX token to the market. The ICO took place in multiple stages, with a public sale in early 2022. This allowed institutional investors and the general public to participate over these stages, providing EstateX with the funds necessary to expand its real estate tokenization offerings​​.

Technology Features

The EstateX platform utilizes blockchain technology for secure and transparent transactions. The smart contracts in the foundation of the platform ensure that each and every agreement is trustless and effective.
